房源空間 The apartment is beautifully recovered and it is decorated with vintage items mostly bought on the flea market nearby (Feira da Ladra, every Tuesday and Saturday). It was all recently refurbished with an exquisite taste - it's small but quite fancy. Ideal for two people, but the sofa bed in the living room makes it suitable for 3 people. The double (matrimonial) bed has a standard size 140*200sm and fit 2 adults, The sofa bed 90*180sm and can fit 1 adult. During the refurbishment, wood structure elements were preserved so there's a fashionable mix between the old construction elements and the new modern trends. The kitchen are small but has all if you need to cook and all you need to spend comfortable time inside the apartment. There is a one window with black out curtains. All traditional old houses in Alfama have a small bathrooms, so our bathroom are about 1.5m, has a shower cabin, sink, toilet, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The living room are cozy, has a sofa bed, TV, small coffee table and commode.

Alfama was one of the few ancient hills that resisted to the great earthquake in 1755 which destroyed all downtown, and so is a perfect location to experience the real Lisbon - its people, food, music and everyday life are the most traditional and old of the town. Walking from the apartment in Alfama, you'll have easy access to Panteão monument, Graça neighborhood, and Portas do Sol (a magnificent view point of the river). Also, the iconic nº28 tram passes right in front of the courtyard door. You can't get more 'Lisboa' than this.
