Nestled in a quiet cove in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Located midway on Nelson 29 Craft Beverage Trail. A short drive to Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Waynesboro, Wintergreen and Skyline Drive. Six miles to Oak Ridge/Infinity Downs for music festivals/events. Only 3/4 mile from U.S. 29. Six miles to Infinity Downs (home of Lock'n , Festy, and other events) and Oak Ridge Estate. Easy drive to Charlottesville for UVA events, concerts, Monticello, and other historic attractions. Wintergreen, Bold Rock Cidery, Devils Backbone, Wild Wolf Brewery, and Blue Mountain Brewery are only 15-30 minutes away. Virginia Distillery (winner of several Scotch awards) and Woods Ridge Brewery are about 3 minutes away. House is located on a dead-end state-maintained road, so great spot to get-away from it all to the peace and quiet of the country while still having all the attractions and conveniences nearby.

Guests have access to the main floor (two steps to front door with deck and stairs in back) with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Garage is not accessible.
Walk-out basement with full kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and queen bedroom can be made available for extra guests on request and for an additional $125 +$25 cleaning fee. Basement is also newly painted with hardwood floors, widescreen TV, wi-fi connectivity, and gas fireplace/heater.

House is accessible through remote locks. Guests will be given an access code upon confirmation of arrival. Code is reset for each guest.
Gas fire pit on deck.
Stream just down the hill from the house for taking a nice quiet stroll or walk along the road in front of the house (1 mile round trip).
Interior of house has been remodeled with fresh paint and new hardwood floors throughout. Can accommodate seating for up to 14 for dining events.
With basement rental, house can accommodate comfortable sleeping for up to 8.
