I personally plan and design every detail in our place. It was designed with no particular theme as I focused on its functions, maximizing the space and making the breath taking view of Taal Volcano as part of the home design.
Our place is a 35 sqm unit w/ balcony over looking Taal Lake View and located on the 15th floor of SMDC Winds Residences Tower 5. A convenience store, restaurants, coffee shops, a massage place, laundry shop, Hardware, and bank ATMs are all located on the ground floor.

Originally Design made with wooden partition for the unit, and has changed to into a divider glass making it more spacious, Cozy and cooling ambiance.
The Lights was specially selected to make the space more looks warm in the night for a more relaxing staycation for whole day long.
The view in our Veranda for Sunrise was so amazing, It's a must to try for an unforgettable breakfast and a Cup of Coffee.. And It's Instagramble perfect!

Please take note that,
1. We are following a memo from SMDC as per tagaytay CITYHALL guidelines that kids below 15 and adult above 65 is not allowed.
2. Health Certificate is no longer required.
3. Need to Fill up Health Declaration form upon check in. Please practice safety measure practices such as wearing facemask and faceshield all the time.
SMDC winds residences offer a full range of amenities perfect for everyone with some nominal fee and paid directly at the Admin in building tower 5 (daily 9am-6pm).
-Basketball/Tennis court - Php 50/ guest
Parking Fees:
-Near Clubhouse (10mins walk)
Php 100 per entry
Php 150 re-entry whole day
-Commercial Space(in-front of building)
-1st 4 hrs is Php 40 and succeeding per hour is Php 20
- Any commercial validation receipt Free 3 hrs and succeeding per hour is Php 20

We are using PLDT Fiber internet with higher plan tier for Wifi to ensure uninterrupted NET connection.
My Place is Elegantly fully renovated. Pls help to maintain all my appliances in fresh condition for my next Guest.
-A PHP 1000 Security Deposit will be collected for any damage may occur and will return back upon check out subject for final inspection of the Unit.
-A lost Key Fine of PHP2000
-Only Registered Guest is allowed to sleep on the Unit..
-Strictly No Smoking inside the premises.
-Light cooking allowed eg. Breakfast food, noodles, reheating food ect.
Kitchen Utensils, rice cooker, induction stove, bread toaster, electric kettle and fridge available in our unit.
- SAMYUPSAL inside the unit and balcony strickly not allowed.
