No added cleaning fee. Private lower level suite. This one bedroom apartment with a walk out patio is located at the rear of our main home. Conveniently located in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Asheville, close to downtown, Biltmore Estate, local craft breweries and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Must be able to walk an outside set of stone steps to access apartment.

Kitchenette has a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. No oven or stove. Sleeps up to two guests with a bedroom with king sized bed. Enter through your own private entrance with smart lock. No smoking or vaping on property.
We have a rescued dog and we cannot accept reservations with pets. Our dog barks occasionally (especially if there is thunder or fireworks) but we will quiet him down as quickly as possible. You may hear the train whistle as we are located approximately 1/2 miles away from the train line that runs through Asheville. We have completed the City of Asheville's requirements for certification as a "Home Stay" location. Off street parking is available for one car.

Your space includes Wi-Fi and a 42” flat screen TV with cable channels in the living room. Your private bathroom has large fluffy towels, extra bedding and soap, shampoo & conditioner for showering. The apartment has central heat and air with you controlling the settings. We provide all linens, coffee, a selection of tea, and a welcome dish of breakfast bars with your reservation.

This is a smoke/vape free property inside and out. Please leave the space in the same condition you found it so the next guest can enjoy it.
If we are not home when you arrive, you can check in on your own with the door code provided.
You will have your own access to the unit and should feel free to come and go as you please.
