Wonderful private room in our family home in the fantastic seaside town of North Berwick. Lovely 3 minute walk to main street and beach through park. 1 minute walk to NB tennis club. There is ample parking. Tea, coffee and milk are complimentary. There is a separate lounge with a TV within the property that guests can use to relax in which has Amazon Prime & Netflix.

The bedroom and bathroom are sparkling clean. Cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed in! The house is also conveniently located above the town of North Berwick through a beautiful walk through the park. I definitely recommend staying here on your trip to North Berwick.

Hilary is an awesome host and this room is a lovely and cozy space. The town of North Berwick is nice to explore in and of itself, and it's just a short train ride away from Edinburgh. It was the perfect spot and I would recommend it to anyone!

An idealic stay in a very nice area of North Berwick close to the centre of town and all the amenities you need. Super clean and comfy and with Hilary being away, Glen was the perfect host. Would definitely go back.

I absolutely loved my stay - didn’t want to leave. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The guest living room is a peaceful space, perfect for a spot of work. A quick walk into town or to the beach. Thank you Hilary for making me feel welcome!

Hilary’s place is a great value for money. The room is sparkling clean. Good comfy bed, good size room, HUUUUUGE bathroom. It’s at a 20min walk from the high street, but it has a lovely park near by were you can enjoy great walks. Hilary as a host is wonderful...she even offered…
