President Hotels place is in the perfect t location. My only wish is that it included free parking. Parking we found a couple blocks a way for 30$ a night. Breakfast was included in our stay - waffles, eggs, breads of sorts.... The entrance of the hotel was super nice. Small…

The photos looked a lot nicer and they advertise for their sister hotel penguin with some of their photos. They said they upgraded us to a penthouse suite, it was a king size room which I had reserved.

Loved that this hotel was within a few minutes from the beach, bars, and restaurants, and that we had access to a rooftop pool next door! Can’t beat the location if you’re looking to stay in the heart of South Beach.
