The cottage is located inside a fenced, shared back yard with those in the main house but cottage is completely private. There is a private patio dining area adjacent to the cottage. Bikes and pool sunbathing are available upon request.

I have one sweet little dog named Pumpkin who will be on the property. He will not be in your personal space but he will have access to the back yard and will be out there chasing squirrels on occasion.

This is a very quiet neighborhood where you can actually hear the ocean at night from the back yard. Just 6 blocks and a 5 minute walk to the beach and dozens of shops and restaurants within just a few blocks of the home. Great nightlife all around the beaches area.
