Property includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped European kitchen and laundry.

The property faces north, allowing you to take full advantage of the living and dining space with large glass sliding doors opening onto a large deck and outdoor entertainment area complete with undercover BBQ area and kitchen server window.
Double glazed windows, wood fire and reverse cycle air conditioning provide warmth for the cooler months and comfort for the warmer summer months.
Fully fenced yard, unlimited NBN download, chrome cast and bluetooth technology make the Shack perfect for play, work, couples or families. Pets welcome.
Relax, sleep or read a good book from the library while lying in the hammock under the shade of the trees. The kids and dogs can play safely in the fully fenced yard or the conveniently located playground, skate park and nature reserve at the end of the street.
Cottesloe Beach Shack is close to everything, yet in a quiet enclave just far enough away from the traffic and busy-ness of Hitchcock Street that you will truly unwind and relax. It's like stepping back to the beach holidays of your childhood.
Please note that if you are unable to travel due to changing Government COVID restrictions we will offer a full refund or no-fee transfer to another available date.

15 minute flat walk to the main street and 25 minute flat walk to the beach
Hotel quality bed linen and bath towels are provided, plus hand and shower wash. Please bring your own beach towels.
Off street parking is available for 2 cars.
While we have recently just changed owners (and therefore had to set up a new profile), Cottesloe Beach Shack has been a local favourite for many years and has been featured on Channel 9s Postcards, as well as in Sunday Life and Frankie Magazines. New owners Rebecca and David are committed to continuing the style, quality and authentic, laid back Barwon Heads experience that our previous guests have enjoyed so much. We are a pet friendly property - please notify at time of booking.
Our property is fully fenced with front fence standing at approx. 1m high and a gate that can be closed across the driveway.
During COVID we, like other owners, are taking additional precautions. All linen is professionally laundered, there are cleaners, wipes and hand wash available for use during your stay, and all surfaces will have been disinfected prior to your arrival.
