Guests have full access to the 3-bedroom guest accommodation. The living area provides a comfortable setting with garden views and access to free to air TV and NETFLIX. There is a well appointed bathroom with a separate toilet. A well stocked kitchenette is available with bar fridge and toaster. The house is located on Gipps Street in a secluded and safe area, in walking distance to all Port Fairy services and sites. Guests are allocated an off-street designated parking space and allowed complete privacy during their stay. Please ask Colin or Sandra if there is anything extra you require.

Dunmore House is ideally located in the heart of Port Fairy with shops, restaurants and local attractions at your doorstep. We are situated across the road from the Moyne river and The Wharf precinct. From there, you can meander along to Griffiths Island with a gentle 3km walk where you're sure to see wallabies and plenty of wildlife, the renowned Port Fairy Lighthouse and a spectacular hidden coastline. You're a short stroll across the bridge and up to East Beach. The Rail Trail is nearby and extends from Port Fairy to Warrnambool (via Koroit). The Port Fairy market is on most Saturdays and the Visitor Information Centre is close by.
Port Fairy was voted the most liveable town in the world in 2012 for a population under 20,000. There are a range of restaurants to choose from offering both fine-dining and casual eating. There is a local IGA supermarket with a range of quality deli items.
