A traditional Loft apartment with zing, hardwood polished floors, "kitchenette" and ensuite bathroom, warm in winter and cool naturally or with fan assistance in Summer - budget smart for a Couple (with 1) or a couple of Colleagues requiring sep beds. Minimal kitchen arrangements - you will need to dine out or grab takeaway.
Near University Hospital Geelong and near Geelong High, East Geelong Shops and 3 mins to City Centre

we offer two beds - the Queen Bed and a Double Sofa Bed.
Please Note - the loft is suitable for 2 Couples for a short stay - say a night or two but more than that I believe is a two adults type apartment - Note Bed 2 is a sofa Bed - two guests requiring two beds should pay $12 linen fee

Kitchenette - Equipped with Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Plunger.
Tea, Coffee and Sugar are kept in the Cupboard.

Entry is via the front Gate - go down the left side path around the house to the door at the back of the yard "Loft" , the studio apartment is then above via the stairs.

East Geelong is "the gold standard" - just perfect really. Normanby Street runs north finishing opposite Eastern Park and the famous Botanic Gardens, there is a public golf course and the beach just beyond.
Eastern Beach, South Geelong Station and CBD are 15 minutes walk. There are numerous cafes and food outlets within 250m of the accommodation. These include a supermarket, gourmet fruit and vegetable shop, service station, pharmacy, bottle shop and a bar that is open Wednesday to Sundays from 4PM until late.
Head East down Ryrie Street to the Portarlington road and the Bellarine Peninsula Wineries beckon.
Head West on Ryrie and you will see the main public hospital less than 10 mins walk.
