Welcome to our 4160 Torrey Pines at Coral Ridge Townhomes, 4160 Torrey Pines Drive, Washington, Utah 84780. This is the large comfortable condo you need after an incredible day playing and hiking around this spectacular area. We want to make staying at our condo the best possible experience from start to finish. It is just around the corner from the Clubhouse. You will enjoy access to two large pools, hot tub, fitness center, showers, putting green, kitchen and lounge.

You rental home is completely furnished and everything is like new. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to the comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.

Some of the amenities of the house include; five flat screen TVs with cable service; blue tooth capable sound system; DVD players; movies on DVD; high speed wireless internet; fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator; ice maker and water dispenser; washer and dryer; master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, master bath; bedrooms 2 and 3 with queen beds; loft has bunk beds, pull out sofa bed, pullout single bed, 2nd bathroom; driveway, garage; alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios; desk/office space and much more..
There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing just down the street. Children 11 and under can fish for free while accompanied by a parent or guardian.
