The house has four bedrooms, comfortable beds (bedding, bath and beach towels included)
Full kitchen (fridge, stove, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Drinking water filtration unit. (No microwave) Dining/living room, family room, 2 full bathrooms (1 with steam shower).
Cable and Wifi included.
The summer highlight is our large, partly covered deck. Savour the views, relax and enjoy the privacy and tranquility.
You are a 15 minute walk from Invermere’s town center and local beaches.
20 minute drive to Panorama Resort, Fairmont Hot Springs and Radium Hot Springs.
Hiking and biking are right at your backdoor with easy access to many beautiful trails and direct connection to Invermere’s brand new Legacy Trail.
Enjoy everything the Valley has to offer. With arts, culture and music events, our many golf courses, shopping, good restaurants, natural hot springs, zip lining, horseback riding and of course, the beautiful lakes and mountains.
There is something here for everyone!

Peaceful, private setting on 10 acres. Beautiful Mountain views. Older, well maintained, clean and very comfortable 4 bedroom character Home. You have full use of the whole house with exception of a few closets.
We live with our 2 dogs on the property completely separated from the main house by private driveway. Our office is in a separate small building behind the main house. This building is not included in your rental and is in use by owner. Your privacy and comfort is our goal!

Please enjoy your stay. I will leave area guides and activity brochures for your convenience. I am happy to answer any questions about the area and will be available should you require anything house related.

At the end of our road there is a great skateboard park and fun large playground. From our place there is easy access to the trails for hiking and biking. Close distance to the new Legacy Trail head. Numerous Golf courses close by. Natural Hot Springs and swimming pools to enjoy. Lake Windermere for water sports with great beaches and parks. Invermere is a fun little town with some great shopping, restaurants and a Saturday Farmers market that is really worth visiting. Something here for everyone!

Hello, Our family has been living on our Dream Acreage here in the Rocky Mountains for the last 30years. I have been following my life long passion of horses, dogs and everything the Valley has to offer. I am a family-oriented person. I love get-togethers with friends and loved ones around our dining room table, sharing good food and cheer. My husband, myself and our two daughters have traveled the world and now that we are semi retired we continue to do so whenever we can. We also like to spend a large part of the summer time at our Lake property. This leaves our house available for guests to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you! We know you will feel right at home and will enjoy our tranquil mountain retreat. I will be available throughout your stay but will respect your privacy. I speak English, German and Dutch and currently study Spanish so I can help you in your preferred language. Looking forward to meeting you.
