This place is very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Enough space for my family of 4. It is in a great location, near eateries and shopping. Located in downtown and is intimately immersed with the local culture. It’s no other place I’d look to stay in the area after our stay.

Great place for our stay. The apartment is comfortable and has everything we needed for a short stay. Great location in the heart of downtown Melbourne. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Very nice people and very clean and comfortable apartment right in downtown Historic Melbourne. A block away from all the good restaurants and music venues.

Wonderful stay at Alyssa and Tony's place. The location simply can't be beat. (Be sure to go to the creperie at the corner!) Being right downtown was lovely and made for the rare walkable Florida stay... The listing is accurate in pointing out that there would be late night…
