Relax in the ambience of this beautifully appointed studio or have a wine in the private lush garden overlooking the river. So close to the city you can almost touch it. 15 mins to Airport. It's all here.

A beautifully appointed Studio with everything you need. A small, compact kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Kettle, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. TV. And desk to get those few emails sent. Plus a beautifully peaceful outdoor area where you can sit and take in the serenity of the river. There's even glimpses of Optus Stadium. Park right outside the studio. This is the lower part of our house, with plenty of privacy, peace and quiet.

When you are using a satellite navigation system put in 14 Woodhouse Road, it comes off Fogerthorpe Crescent Maylands. Woodhouse Road is a dead end lane way road. Cars and taxis can turn at the end of the road, and parking is available on the road verge directly in front of the Suite. We are the first 3 storey house along Woodhouse Road about 250m from the corner of Fogerthorpe Crescent.
