Cumberland House enjoys a rich history and a fabulous location. Built circa 1830 it is tucked into the sand dunes, a few minutes’ walk from East beach. It is one of the finest examples of early Victorian architecture in Port Alfred.
It has just undergone a complete restoration bringing it up to the highest modern standards, whilst at the same time preserving its heritage and old world charm.
