Recently updated and has the best lake view to enjoy! Farr Shores is a great location close to Oaklawn or to enjoy Lake Hamilton and Downtown Hot Springs. The condo is stocked with whatever you will need! We have 2 nice Lazboy recliners on the patio and a table outside to enjoy your dinner, sunset & best lake view! Our king size bed is very comfortable as well. Close to downtown and all the action but far enough for relaxation! Garvan Gardens 2 miles/9 miles to Downtown/6 miles to Oaklawn.

The Condo has the best view of Lake of any unit at Farr Shores with water starting where you park your car at the door and wraps all the way around the private unit. The sunset views are amazing and early morning the ducks are always swimming by. Inside the unit from the front to back with windows to enjoy the lake. Updated unit with large granite/tile walk in shower with bench and granite sink, granite in kitchen with updated appliances, ice maker and I have spices and condiments in fridge. Ice chest in closet and beach towels for the pool. We have a new Stackable washer dryer in the unit as well. We have both types of coffee pots and coffee for them/one in laundry area. We also have a microwave in the laundry room. Pool area is between building 1 and 2 by the lake. Just pack your personal items and get on the road to relaxation! Farr Shores has a boat launch and boat trailer parking.
