Upstairs Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment within walking distance to Downtown Hutchinson, Planet Fitness and the Fox theater. Also within a short distance to Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Cosmosphere, Kansas State Fair Grounds, and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds.

We offer a Private Bedroom w/ Queen Size bed, TV, dresser and nightstand (extra sleeping space on Full Size Sofa Bed in Livingroom if needed). The Full Bathroom offers a relaxing Tub/Shower combo. Our Kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, Microwave, and full size Stove/Oven for you to prepare your meals in. We provide a single serve coffee maker and different flavor kcups (if you have your favorite please bring with you). Sit down and relax in the living room with an Electric Fireplace, and TV w/ Cable and Netflix capability or work on one of our puzzles or read an interesting book of your choice. An electronic Key Code will be given to you after your arrival or at time arranged. If you need laundry or maid service please arrange in advance otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your vacation.

I have worked in Social Work field in Hutchinson, Ks for the last 20+ years. I am currently the owner of a women’s clothing boutique in Downtown Hutchinson. My husband and I have been married for 20 years, and we enjoy helping in community fundraising events such as car shows to help our social service agencies assist our community and because my husband loves to show off his ‘69 Mustang, lol.
