Its large size is perfect for Corporate gatherings, Bridal parties, Wedding Guests, Family reunions or Family vacations. This home can be rented in three ways:
1) Whole house
2) The contemporary apartment on the lower level which sleeps 2-3 couples or families with small children.
3) Third floor level perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child.

The back yard has a hammock and a small stream where you can sit and enjoy your favorite wine in the summer or fall, plus we have a new FIRE PIT to enjoy through fall and winter seasons. In winter enjoy the two gas fireplaces in the house, one on the main floor and one in the lower level apartment. A grill is provided on the main level deck.
In the summer months enjoy the swimming pool or the beach at Lake Monocan with kayak rental available, we have access passes for an additional $10.00. Also for $10.00 you have access passes to the Wintergreen Resort and Spa indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and we have passes that will give you a discount to the world class golfing at Wintergreen and Stoney Creek courses and tennis courts. We are in an ideal location for bike riding, fly fishing or during the season visit the local farmers market, just two minute walk away. Historic properties and Antique shopping close by.
Did I mention the Spa? A full service Spa is located on the mountain. Of course enjoy skiing in the winter!
There are hiking trails located a short walk away and year round on the Wintergreen Mountain or on the Skyline drive. In the fall you can view the beautiful foliage !

I sold my property near Charlottesville, Leap of Farm Farm, and purchased a new property Leap of Faith Lodging in Nellysford , VA at Wintergreen , a year around resort.
