A comfortable place for a budget traveller in Muscat situated in the heart of Muscat 10-15 away from Muscat International Airport some few walking distance mall like the Zhaker Mall, SPAR Grocery, Shell Select Convenience Store gas station, some nice restaurants in Muscat can reach by walk, near to Muscat Expressway and the main highway of Muscat location is so convenient if you have your own rented car or even taxi are readily available outside our place.

Very quiet place specially at night even though your location is in the center of Muscat City. The place is located in a residential area, less car passes on the road since its not main highway or city road.
