A true ski-in/ski-out condo on the Kimberley ski hill. A very modern and bright 3-story condo in the Timberstone development, located right above the T-bar. Minutes from the Trickle Creek golf course and cross-country ski, hiking and biking trails. This condo makes for a great basecamp for all your adventures, or a relaxing getaway from the city.

2400 Sqft of Space with 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and in floor heating throughout.
The master bedroom on the top floor has a king bed, a large walk-in closet and a Juliet balcony. Master en-suite has two sinks, a large shower and a separate tub.
Also on this floor is the laundry, a full bathroom and the second bedroom. The bedroom is very roomy, with two twin beds, a hide-a-bed and coffee table. TV and DVD player.
The third bedroom is on the bottom floor along with the third full bathroom. This bedroom has a tv and Apple TV box. There is a large entryway for putting on your ski gear with access to the lower deck, with a hot tub and ski locker, and direct t-bar access.
The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and balconies on both sides . In the living room there is a gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV with a good assortment of cable channels, a DVD player and an Apple TV box.
The BBQ grill is on the balcony directly off of the kitchen. Enjoy your view of the upper ski hill while cooking on the grill.
You will have access to the attached single car garage for parking or storage of your gear.
There is no telephone on the premises.
We do not allow pets, smoking or loud/disruptive parties in the condo.

Guests have access to the attached single car garage plus two dedicated parking spots, with additional first-come-first-serve guest parking across from the condo. The BBQ grill and the hot tub are both well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, etc.

This is our vacation home and we take pride in it's condition. You will find it a very clean and livable place. If there is anything that we can improve on, please let us know.

The condo is on the ski hill. There are restaurants nearby at the ski hill lodge, and the town and Platzl is a few minutes drive away.
