This is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a crib (if you need it). Nice bedding, a rocker and a large closet with plenty of room if you need. With its own bathroom in room.

The space is private as it’s up flight of stairs away from the other bedrooms. It has its own heating and cooling unit for your connivence. There is a full bathroom and big closet for your use. If your here for work or school there is a desk area in the room for your use.
We do have cats and a dog. We keep the animals out of the space, but they are in the main part of the house.

Your welcome to use the main kitchen fridge as well as the fridge in the basement.
But we would ask that there is no cooking for quiet hours from 10pm-6:00am.

We live here full time, but love hosting guests. Please feel free to us the kitchen and laundry. We are in and out during the day. If you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself which means doing your dishes. Please do not put any hot pans directly on the counter tops, use a hot pad.
We have a 14 month old who is up early. He’s cute but loud at some times.
This room is in the attic space. You may hear us from time to time, please be aware of this before booking.
Other note: we have lots of babies items that you can use. Pack n play, bed rail, bounce chairs, child’s cot. Please feel free to ask and we will put them in your room.
