Property with all the comforts to enjoy a few days on the beautiful catalan sea shore.

The house of 180m2 is in a quiet urbanization surrounded of nature 2min by car from the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and beaches, 33km from Girona Airport and 8km from Playa de Aro. It is distributed on three floors with sea views from the penthouse attic and has a private garden with stone barbecue and a large communal pool. The three rooms are composed of a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed for two people. There are two complete bathrooms and one toilet, equipped kitchen with washing machine, heating for winter, flat screen TV, wifi in all the establishment and private garage for one car. Key collection takes place in the same house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the entrance the tourist fee of 0.90 x person per night and a deposit of 400€ in groups under 25 years will be requested. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
