A newly renovated 19th century traditional fisherman’s house, Casa Hoba is situated in the heart of picturesque Komiža. First row from the sea, the house overlooks the beautiful beach Lučica. Our family home is situated 100 meters from the promenade “riva” filled with numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Over the years, the house has been the venue of many happy moments for children and adults alike; we are excited to share this magical place with people from all over the world.

Casa Hoba offers modern comforts while still preserving the old architectural style of traditional homes. The cosy secluded back garden offers privacy in the middle of the town and is a perfect space to spend lazy afternoons and enjoy dinner under the stars. Each bedroom has an en suite and there is an additional guest bathroom in the living quarters. The ground floor, encompassing a fully equipped kitchen, living room for family games and TV watching, and a quiet garden, allows for the whole family to find their idyllic space. The garden sports two open open fireplaces - one for grilling fish and meat and, the other, for baking bread. You are more than welcome to play around and cook local delicacies. We will provide all logistical support, recipes and cooking tips. In every bedroom you will find a safe, hairdryer, towels, bedding and additional pillows for your comfort. If desired, we provide daily cleaning service at no extra charge.

One parking space is available for our gusts (3 min walk from the house), however you can temporarily stop in front of the house for loading/unloading. For additional vehicles there is a secure public car park available in the town.

In our home you can find a travel cot, a high chair, colourful plastic plates and cups and, for your peace of mind, we can place a child’s gate at the bottom of the stairs.
