Waterfront Condo (inlet not main body) in the Heart of Horseshoe Bay near the resort (inside the main entrance) and walking distance to hotel. You can pull your boat up to the back patio and tie up. Units also have day docks on a first-come, first-served basis. Fish right off the back patio or take a stroll around the "river" walk just out the back door. Marble Falls is 10 minutes away. Note: Hotel and Resort Pools and amenities are not available - you must be a guest of the hotel.

Two Master Bedrooms: Downstairs has king and newly renovated shower. Two Queen beds and bathroom upstairs with bathtub (Newly renovated). Loft setting with shutters that close.
Kitchen, living, master and downstairs are all on same level with no steps. From an ADA point, it is not completely accessible by wheelchair. There are ramps that allow for accessibility into unit (one curb) but sometimes get blocked by vehicles. Downstairs bath is a large shower, with sitting shelf, but does not accommodate full wheelchair accessibility.
There are steep stairs with a turn for upstairs bedroom and bath.

The Lantana Restaurant at the Resort/Hotel is open to the public and is just a couple blocks away.
You can pull a boat right up to the back patio and tie up. Also easy to take a paddle board or kayak. Just around the corner, out inlet opens into the open lake.

Beautiful, quiet area. Lot of beautiful birds including blue herons fishing off the back patio. LBJ is a constant level lake. There are boat rentals nearby. Also many cute waterfront restaurants.
