Chalet #11 is part of Royal Oaks Retreat. Our beautiful mountain top retreat consists of 17 acres of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, located it the hamlet of LOVE, VA. We are located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, adjacent to George Washington National Forest, 3 Wilderness areas, Sherando Lake Recreation Area, and the Parkway.

Chalet #11 is part of Royal Oaks Retreat, located on top of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our 17 acres of Mountain Top property lies in the Hamlet of LOVE VA., adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway, at milepost 16. Chalet has a large deck, and tables and chairs, for 8+ guests. Also has a 7 person Hot Tub with a mountain view (partial view in summer). It's very popular with groups of 12 or less. Lots of space surrounding the chalet, being adjacent to our Forest where we have a 1/2 mile loop hiking trail on our property.

We are located in beautiful Nelson County which is very popular for its Natural Beauty being about 3/4 mountains and very scenic valleys. Our Rockfish valley is most popular for the many wineries, micro breweries, and distilleries. Our 3 Micro Breweries offer entertainment and restaurants.

Centered at Royal Oaks is a small Country Store, Seasonal Deli, and Amazing Natural Theme Gift Shop. We are on site generally from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. We are available for emergency during off hours.
