You will have access to 5 of the resorts swimming pools , multiple tennis courts and basketball court . Seascape Resort also has bike’s available for rent . La Dolce Vita which has a beach hut adjacent to The Whale's Tail on the beach has beach set up available for purchase including chairs and umbrella. They also offer endless water sport activities.

Also guests must abide by all federal, state, and local laws/ordinances/regulations concerning travel. ***5% Tourist Development Tax (aka "Bed Tax")
Walton County FL requires the collection of a 5% Tourist Development Tax from short-term renters. This local tax on transient rentals is authorized by Florida Statute 125.0104. Air BnB is no longer collecting this tax. A separate invoice through the Resolution Center will be sent to you upon booking for collection of 5% tax (tax on nightly rate + cleaning fee). Please pay this tax prior to check in.
