The House Of The Way (THOTW) Inn & Convention Center is located near Mt. Carmel Church, Filamer Christian University, Capiz Evangelical Church, City Mall, & Robinson's Mall. It is approximately 3 miles from the beach.

The place is at the third floor with approximately 30 flights. The small kitchen is available at the 3rd floor and the washing machine is available to be used for P100.00 per load using your own detergent. Please ask to use the washing machine when using for the first time.

The city is usually quiet after 9 PM, the malls close at 8 PM and the tricycle is usually the available transportation to go around the city. There are several restaurants nearby that is open until 10 PM near Robinson's mall: Festa Restaurant, Ramboys, and Cafe Terraza, approximately 5 minutes from THOTW. Shenzhen restaurant is inside Robinsons mall and they close at 8 pm when Robinson’s mall closes. The restaurants at the beach are open at night but transportation may be a challenge unless a private car is available.
Every Sunday, there is a church service (Immanuel Christian Assembly Church) from 9 AM to 12 Noon at THOTW Conference hall at the 1st floor. The church rents the place so singing will be heard every Sunday.

After some challenges and lessons learned, we are back and made some changes to improve services. Room 303 has now 2 double or full beds from 3 twin or single beds and can accommodate 2-4 guests. The House Of The Way has 4 rooms available at the 3rd floor, no elevator, facing a small garden, may rent one room or four rooms , with separate stairs to the 3rd floor. The place is available for small group retreats, the garden is ideal to have a "Quiet Time" (a time when God talks to us by reading the Bible and when we respond to God in prayer). Bookings will be accepted only for those with airbnb accounts and will be staying at THOTW, NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING, has read the concept of airbnb (hosting vs. hotel/motel services), the house manual, house rules, and a government ID with picture when reservation is confirmed. We welcome guests who will consider THOTW as a blessing, keep the place clean, and follow house rules. One very important house rule is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE ROOMS AND WITHIN THE PREMISES OF THOTW. A P2,000.00 damage claim will be charged when “No Smoking” is not observed.
