Beautiful Cabin, with a fantastic view outside the door. Not suitable for Birkebeiner ski event.
Situated close to Rena. 8 km to the main road. In summer possible to drive about 1 km close to the cabin. In winter You have to walk about 2 -3 hours, on snow shoes or skis. Transportation possible (if ok road /snow conditions) for a fee.
In winter firewood for heating the cabin is in the rent. In sommer firewood on request.
Normally (depending on snow ) ski tracks in the area.

For a fee In the summer it can be possible to experience wood fired hottub in the middle of the forest, about 1 km from the cabin. If any requests please let me know and I can see if it's possible to fulfill.
If you want to "upgrade" after one night or two it is possible to walk to other cabins in the area ( about 30 minutes). Then your experience turns into a nice expedition. Contact Per for details.

You are alone in the middle of a Norwegian forrest. Nice walks in the forrest, in the area many museums and 2 Hour drive from the olympic town of Lillehammer, and Gardermoen. National Forrest museum in Elverum.
