Our amazing and spacious Wintergreen home overlooks the 1st green on the Devils Knob Golf Course. The course has magnificent views and is the highest golf course in the State of Virginia.
Our home has five bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom plus two half baths.
The Wintergreen ski slopes and spa are just minutes away. Hiking trails are abundant and the Nature Foundation is a great resource. In the Wintergreen valley there are 27 holes of golf on a Reese Jones designed course and a lovely lake for swimming with beach and canoe rentals. There are also numerous wineries, breweries and cideries to tour and tasting.
A Member’s Only PARKING PASS which permits special parking near the Mountain Village is complimentary with our home.
There are two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, One has a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Another bedroom has a queen bed and two bedrooms have twin beds.
Our living room has an impressive stone gas fireplace with a quiet adjoining sitting room. Walk out the sliding glass door to a large deck and watch putts being made. A large screened porch allows for dining out or just relaxing catching mountain breezes in the evening. On the lower level is a stunning 40x30 foot family room with a regulation slate pool table, 65 inch TV with BluRay DVD and hot tub on the deck immediately outside.
Our home has two kitchens. A beautiful gourmet kitchen is located on the second level. This kitchen has custom cabinets, Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf oven. The lower galley kitchen is great for a second family or just getting refreshments while enjoying TV or shooting pool.
There is a 2 car garage for renters. This is ideal, particularly in inclement weather.
