This unique multilevel A-Frame unit offers comfortable family accommodation with 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a king bed and one with 2 singles. And downstairs, open plan kitchen, dinning, lounge with a fold out sofa, full kitchen (no dishwasher) and full bathroom, a covered deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Spend days at the private beach onsite. Set yourself up at the picnic table or enjoy the complimentary Kayaks and paddle board. Be sure to keep watch for Kiwi and Weka living in the surrounding native bush. The Point House also has a large rural property with facilities shared between guests accommodation.
The Russell to Okiato walk crosses the rear of the property and offers spectacular ocean views. If you’re coming across from the Opua ferry, this tranquil holiday park is situated just 2km away. Head over to Russell for the day, just 7 minutes drive and while your there jump on the ferry to Paihia. For a piece of New Zealand, Waitangi is less than 5 minutes from Paihia.

Please note that there is a 1.5 km gravel driveway into Wairoro Park, with a max speed limit of 30km/hr.
As the internal stairs only have one barrier, all guests should use the handrail provided and children should always be supervised when on and around these stairs to prevent potential falls.
Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $20 per person for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
