Villa La Pietra, Kavač, Kotor has 200 m2 on two floors.On the first floor there is a big living room ,dining room with kitchen ,mini gym ,sauna and bathroom.On the first floor there are three bedrooms.The master bedroom has two single beds.This bedroom has old valuable furniture and is very comfortable.The two single beds can be made into a big matrimonial one.
This room has private bathrooom.
The second bedroom has two single beds while the third bedroom has a matrimonial bed and additional one (also matrimonial-160 m) set up on a gallery as shown on the pictures.There is additional bathroom on this floor to be used by the second and third bedroom.
Each room has a private balcony with sea view.
The master bedroom has the most beautiful view loking at the sea and the forests covering Lovcen mountain.
The hole house is facing the yard so it is extremely sunny.
Each room at the ground floor has exit to the pool.
There are sun loungers,garden chairs and barbecue next to the pool.
This part of the house is just breathtaking and made for enjoyment.Once you settle next to the pool you ll wish never to leave the house.
Kitchen is fully eqquipped .There is a dihwasher and coffe mashine.
