Near hiking and Duluth Traverse mountain bike trails.

This one bedroom apartment is located in the lower level of our home with private keypad entry. The bedroom has one queen bed and living room has a convertible couch sofa that sleeps 2. There is a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and hotplate and a roomy bathroom with shower. There is a TV that receives local broadcast stations, and a selection of DVD movies for your use.

The apartment is your private space with its own entrance located on the backyard side of the house. There is a patio with table and chairs for you to enjoy. The deck is used by the owners. Off street parking next to the detached garage.
Shared space includes the backyard (5-acre lot) and a portable fire pit for small fires. Walk to the back of the yard past the vegetable garden and pole building to access private woods with a short walking path.

We are a family-friendly residence and have four adult children who live in the area.
Please note that our home is not a sound-proof hotel and noise may travel between floors. We live sound conscious above you and hope you will do the same.

Our home is in a suburban location very close to shopping and restaurants, and just 5-minutes from Duluth International Airport. We are 10 to 15-minutes from downtown Duluth and the tourist district of Canal Park. The Hermantown Hockey Arena and soccer complex is nearby if you are in town for your child's athletic competition.
