If you would like to check out the neighbourhood, exceptional wineries or art galleries & antiques are abundant in the County. On another day, you could just take your picnic basket, a swimsuit and a towel to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Little Bluff Conservation Park beach (5 minutes by car), Long Point Bird Centre (18 minutes by car), Point Petre Wildlife Conservation area with beaches (17 minutes by car) or the famed beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park (24 minutes by car). Come back to the cottage in the evening and roast marshmallows and hotdogs over a bonfire while the sky dazzles you with stunning colours of the sunset. I am a stay at home. My husband and I have four children. Two of them have finished their University programs and the other two are still minors living with us at home. Together, we love to go camping, on autumn drives, hiking at conservation areas, kayak and biking. I love photography and gardening and connecting with family and friends on social media. I love to travel and see new places with my family and when we do, it is very important to me that the accommodations we get are clean inside and outside. I grew up in a household where cleanliness and tidiness of our house were regarded as signs of respect to our guests. That is very much my philosophy till today. It is equally important to me that, out of the same respect for the hosts, that my family tidies up as well before we leave. I am thrilled to be able to offer similar comfort and relaxation at our waterfront cottage at Milford, Ontario beginning in August, 2018. My goal is to offer our guests a sense of getaway from the everyday in a restful yet adventurous surroundings. You can choose to sit and relax by the calm waters in front of the cottage, swim or read a book or go for a tour of the County by car or on bike/s that you bring with you. I am excited to let you know that your days will be brimming with so many things to see and do in the County. You gotta be here this summer and fall to see and experience them to believe!
