Nice beatiful studio 28sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla a must for all tourists. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine in the basement. Free use of barbeque grill in the back yard. Close to the NTNU universety.

Short walk to supermarkeds.
The studio has a sleeping alcove with 120cm bed and fits just for 2 people. An extra bed could be organised if you don’t won't to sheer the bed.

Supermarked Kiwi 900 meter, open to 8 O'CLOCK. If you stand in the front of the house turn left and follow the main road Borgunvegen to end and you will find it on your left side.
1200 meter walk to city centre, take Borgundveien to the right and follow that to the end. If you follow the road and keep left you will also find a Kiwi supermarket that will be open to 11o'clock. Approx 1000 meter.
NTNU - university 2000 meter.
City centre 1200 meter.
