Our loft, in the heart of downtown is a large, open floorplan flooded with natural light. It is airy and modern with polished concrete floors, custom-tiled bath, modern kitchen, European designer touches and fast WiFi.

The separate master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, with a super comfy new mattress, high-end linens, plenty of windows and a huge walk-in closet. We've recently added black-out curtains to the master bedroom after suggestions from our guests.
The custom tiled bathroom features European Boffi fixtures, a large walk-in shower with glass walls and great water pressure.
Enjoy the bright and clean, fully-equipped kitchen with European Gaggenau cook-top and convection oven in a large island. The dining table seats four comfortably.
There is a full-size, comfortable sofa-bed in the main living area - good for two more guests - with a fluffy feather mattress topper for added comfort. We have a large smart TV with Roku built in (HBO, Showtime, Amazon Prime Movies, Netflix etc.) and high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with the fastest available connection.
Finally, if needed, a new, full-size washer and dryer are in the unit complete with all necessary laundry supplies.
We supply, high-end toiletries, towels and high thread-count linens. There is a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, umbrellas, and a first aid kit.
Most of all, when you are visiting our favorite city you should be in the center of it all! Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Boston, our large modern loft is just steps way from all subway lines, one block from Boston Common and the Public Garden, the State House and the start of the Freedom Trail. South Station, the Financial District and the Theater District are all less than 10 minutes walk. Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market and the famous North End are all around 10 minutes walk. And if that doesn't cover everything, Fenway Park, Harvard Square and the Museum of Fine Arts are all just a quick ride away on the T. We have Boston guide books for you to use during your stay and can help with recommendations ahead of your visit.
The apartment is in a secure building with elevators.
There is a strict No Smoking/No Pets/No Parties policy.
Your children are welcome although our home is not 'child-proofed!'

During Covid-19 a professional cleaning crew follows appropriate guidelines between all guests. You'll see we already have great reviews for 'cleanliness', this is a level above. We are following guidelines to keep the apartment empty between guests for the safety of our guests and our cleaning staff.
Our building takes safety seriously and residents wear masks when in our lobby and hallways - in that community spirit we ask that you do the same.

We love our neighborhood! Downtown Crossing is the heart of Boston where everyone and everything meets. Named because all subway lines "cross" within our block, there is an abundance of restaurants, bars, shopping, and history right outside and some of the best subways in the US to get you everywhere else in the Boston/Cambridge area in minutes.

Self check-in is available but if requested we are here in person to check you in. (We live in the building.) We usually touch base via text after the first day to make sure you are settled. Beyond that, we are available as needed or whenever you have questions but otherwise won't bother you.
