House very private and surrounded by trees . Quiet and comfortable. My home its 1 mile (2 minutes drive) hop by ferry from Jamestown ferry. The ferry ride its about 17 minutes and is free. Williamsburg, Jamestown ,Yorktown , Chippokes State Park ,Bacon's Castle and Smith's Fort Plantation , Bush Gardens, Water County.

There is a town about 30 minutes southwest called Wakefield and town has a high concentration of antiques stores.Also close to the military bases. FT Eustis , Yorktown Naval Weapons Station , and Yorktown Coast Guard Base.
