Ideal for both leisure & business travellers, this place is private, peaceful & well equipped. Clean, cosy & very affordable, ideally located in the residential suburb of Kragga Kamma Park, the room is airy, bright, has a comfy queen size bed & bathroom/shower. The room contains a microwave, fridge, kettle coffee machine & crockery. It is separate to the main home with total privacy. Super fast fibre wifi access is available for your laptop/mobile, USB power points & self service check in.

This very affordable flatlet is totally private. The double aspect bedroom has a queen bed, drawers and hanging space for clothing together with 2 USB charging points, microwave, fridge and fan / heater. There is a chair, stand lamp, bedside lamp, coffee maker, kettle, cups and crockery. (No Kitchen)
There is no TV however you have uncapped wifi access to high speed fibre. Feel free to stream your own music, internet TV , YouTube via your tablet, cellphone or laptop.
The host provided guidebook recommends local places of interest, restaurants, bars, shops and there is a selection of tourist leaflets.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are free for stays of 3 days or else chargeable at R100 per load.

Upon booking, please familiarise yourself with instructions on a self service check in/out procedure so that you can arrive at a time convenient to you when the owners may not be home. You will get a code to unlock a secure box containing the keys and a remote for our entrance gate. Note that the entrance gate automatically closes after 10 secs, please don't reverse into it! The flatlet is to the left of the garages and driveway and is separate to the main house. There is WiFi (uncapped), free laundry facilities for bookings of three nights or more (or else R100 per 5kg load) and free use of the pool, braai / BBQ area and gardens. The room has secure parking inside the entrance gate, in front of the left sided garage door, on the drive.

Feel free to relax in our gardens and take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. And like all SA neighbourhoods, there are plenty of dogs, who do bark in unison from time to time.
The accommodation is provided on a room only basis, breakfast is not provided and no kitchen facilities available. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available on request, free for stays of 3 nights or more or else R100 per load.
If you are staying more than 1 night and would like any crockery or cutlery etc washed and cleaned , please leave dirty items on the garden bench outside your door and they will be washed and returned to your room on the same day.
Please note that the shower temperature may vary if you shower at the same time as our washing machine or dishwasher is in use. We always try to use our kitchen appliances at times when you are unlikely to shower, but there is always that chance. 😀
PLEASE NOTE OUR ENTRANCE GATE CLOSES AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 10 SECS. TAKE CARE WHEN REVERSING OUT.

Kragga Kamma Park is a peaceful suburban neighbourhood, with three convenience stores, two pubs and a BP all within 10 mins walk. The smallest pub in PE and the famous Cubata restaurant are even closer! Within a 5 mins drive there are a number of takeaways and other restaurants and plenty of shopping facilities.

The family home is mostly occupied with our three children , the guest area is private and separate to the main family home though you will undoubtedly hear us from time to time......and also will meet Titan, our friendly Jack Russell terrier and chickens too!
