One features breakwater, creating safe environment for children, the other is wild, inviting more venturesome guest. Perfect for a quiet vacation and can also serve as a base for visiting Cayo Levantado, Limón Waterfall, Los Haitises National Park and whale watching.

There are 2 beach areas with access for condominium guests only. Also, there are 2 swimming pools and one Jacuzzi in common areas.

Minimum number of nights might be required for stays between December 22 - January 2nd, and Easter Week.
At other times additional nights might apply for discount. Please contact host for details.
Additional cleaning services during your stay may be requested at the reception, for a US$59 (includes change of linens and towels), or US$39, just the cleaning.
Tap water in DR is not apt for drinking. You can bring your own water or buy at the restaurant, if you get there during the day. There is a big water bottle in the apartment that should be exchanged in the restaurant. You can also buy water in local "colmados" (small grocery stores).
Please be aware that the kitchen has a 4 burner electrical stove, but not an oven. There is a coffee maker, toaster, a blender, and everything you need for cooking and serving the food.
Also we have a grill, functioning with gas. Its not indicated in the announcement, because it is old, and living far from Samana I can't refill the gas tank promptly. Fell free to use it, however, and refill the tank, if needed.
