The apartment is perfect to relax and enjoy a marvelous holidays on the seaside of the Mediterranean Sea. The first line of the beach, where you will be able to take delight with spectacular views to the beach and to the sea. Direct access to the beach and excellent situation in the center of San Juan Beach. It is very luminous, sunny and friendly. Ideal for 4 or 5 persons. First floor with lift. He has two rooms, the first room with a double bed (150 cm), the second room with two single beds (90 cm) . Possibility of receiving a fifth or sixth person considering that the lounge has a sofa which is convertible to a double bed (140 cm). It has a big renovated Kitchen, very well equipped, washing-machine, dishwasher, oven, induction, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, beater and coffee machine. Equipped bathroom, with shower, towels and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. Beach towels. Tv and Wifi.
There is as well air conditioner (cold and hot)
We have a baby bed/cot and high chair for baby.
Urbanization with parking and community showers, calm and safe, with no traffic noise.
Zone surrounded by restaurants, ice-cream shop and other establishments.
Good connections with Alicante centre by buses and tram, very close to the apartment.
Familiar Urbanisation, few neighbors for whom the apartments are his second residence. For what is fundamental to support the procedure of good education, respect, care and urbanity that is expected from any neighbor / neighboring.
