We are a large student residence south of paris . we have shared single and double bedrooms for rent on air bnb.
Our house is very clean and tidy.
Wifi throughout large garden with secure coded gate. Table chairs and barbecue.
All rooms are furnished bed sheets are supplied.
2 kitchens are available for cooking.
6 showers and 6 toilets with sinks and are all communal.
A security deposit is required after booking through Erasmus and is payable before arrival
Deposit is refundable on departure.
We find that younger people are more suited to the house and we require you to be honest respectful and easy going.
As this is a large student accommodation we will require passport id and your reason for visiting Paris
Work contract or college acceptance letter.
We are 4 minutes from the train station and trains run every ten minutes and take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive in paris central.
