-If you are a local Sioux Falls native please contact us before booking.
-You certify that you are willing and able to follow and adhere to the self check-in guidelines set forth by us and Airbnb through the house manual and rules/check-in instructions provided. You can find the check-in instructions at .
-Upon check-in you will have 2 hours to express any dissatisfaction or concerns regarding the space your are staying. If within that time something needs to be adjusted or fixed, we will gladly come and do so. Anything after that time we will assume that everything is satisfactory and to your liking.
-Winter Time!!—Please remove Shoes!!
-Must use stairs.
-Security Camera used outside the doorway.
-Please include your pet as one of your guest totals.
-Please notify before arrival if traveling with a pet!
-Any undisclosed pet is a non-refundable fee—$50 per pet
*If pets are included in the stay you may use the side or front grass areas for your furry family. Please pick up after your pet. Please see house rules.
*Please monitor pets at all times, if unable to do so please place in their crate.
- No smoking in the house
*Any smoking in the house is a non-refundable fee—$200
*Smoking on the grounds is ok, please clean up after yourself.
*If not picked up there is a non-refundable fee—$5 per cigarette butt
-Please feel free to have friends and family visit with you.
*Please keep in mind that after 10pm, (unless approved but no later than midnight) any guests beyond your reservation request will be considered an undisclosed guest.
*The occupancy limit for this space is 6 guests. (Unless approved)
*Any undisclosed guest is non-refundable fee—$20 per person.
- No events, No parties
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
- Unauthorized late check out is a non-refundable fee—$50
-It will be the responsibility of the current guest to pay the booking fees for the next guest if any broken house rules cause the next guest to request a cancellation. (i.e. smoking in the home)
-Any damages to the house or missing items—a claim will be filed for the cost of the damages or items.
-We do have the option of a security deposit however the following applies per Airbnb guidelines...
“How does Airbnb handle security deposits?
—If a host requires a security deposit, the guest doesn’t pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit.”—
-You agree that you are booking in good will with the host and will not damage the hosts property/business because your are unhappy with any resolutions from Airbnb or host on any mediated matters or dissatisfied results. If you are awaiting your right to a trial due to any court filings and agree to go to trial, you then assume and agree to pay for any and all court costs or fees.
All payments can be made through the Airbnb resolution center (If you need a walk through please ask.)
