This is the second summer that we are renting our island house in Komiza, our favorite place on Adriatic coast.
It is authentic stone house recently renovated with modern materials. It is an open-space concept but with enough privacy. This means more light and air, and also a great view through large windows.
Best part of the property is large garden with lemon, orange, olive and plum trees, herbs, grill, outdoor cooking, sun-deck and a jacuzzi (please read IMPORTANT).

House is located in the center of Komiza, one minute walk from bus stop. There is free parking in the near street or paid parking. 100 meters from promenade, museums, Market (fish, meat, etc), bakery, pastry shop, resturants and caffe bar. 200 meters from beach. No traffic roads around the house, lots of nature, but also just a few steps from anything you want!

Whole house, private garden (195 Square meters) with Grill, sundeck and jacuzzi.
其他注意事項
IMPORTANT: jacuzzi heating is not working for the moment. Jacuzzi is perfectly good for using as a tub. It is maintined, and will be covered and empty so each guest can decide to use it or not. Guests who used it in this condition are satisfied, water gets warm by the sun.
So for now, we are renting at MUCH LOWER PRICE than usual price for accomodation with a jacuzzi!
