Enjoy the good life at our fully equipped 1800 Sq foot guest house! Featuring heated 60 foot salt water pool (to mid October, that is shared by three units on the property), very fast WiFi, 65 inch TV and projection screen. Very quiet. 3 deck levels. Outdoor table tennis. Fully equipped kitchen and outside Big Green Egg. Completely restored in 2012. Three heat pumps offer heating and cooling.

You can dine formally or you can have fun! The house is built for fun and entertaining. The pool table converts to a massive dining buffet. All locks are combination, so if you do arrive very late, you can easily access the property with a code. The water is double-processed well water, and you'll have additional Brita filtered water in the fridge when you arrive. Tons of parking.

The pool is available for your use. For those with children, the pool depth is 5ft, there is no shallow end. Keeping the pool water clean and refreshingly blue is serious business, therefore please expect the pool to be out of action for an hour a day whilst we carry out pool maintenance and do our own laps at the same time.

COVID-19:
If you are having any cold/flu like symptoms, we ask that you cancel your booking. We have not hosted any guests in 2020 that have traveled from outside of the Atlantic Provinces. We are leaving 72 hours between guests during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We have increased our cleaning protocols to ensure the safest possible space for our guests. To lower the risk of contamination, after each booking, we are ventilating the property during and after the cleaning process. We have implemented an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays. Surface areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, this includes high touch surfaces such as: door handles, controls, switches, bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats etc. You will also find available for your use cleaning and disinfecting products. In support of good hand hygiene, we are providing our guests with hand sanitizer for use during your stay, and encourage regular hand-washing with soap also provided. The home has a private entrance, to further ensure your safety. We kindly ask you to remove shoes when entering the property and leave them at the entrance. We ask that you minimize non-essential interactions at the property with the owners, property manager and any other non-guests unless urgent. During your stay we encourage you to self-monitor for symptoms, follow advice from local authorities, and seek medical assistance where possible.

Wonderful walking along the Chester Front Harbour which is literally across the street. Bike trails are up the hill. Chester restaurants, art galleries and Chester Playhouse are a 5-10 minute walk. The area is very quiet and the air quality is outstanding.

There is someone close by to assist, but generally we try to let our guests enjoy the property in peace and quiet!
