Recently renovated with parquetry floors, fully furnished with bespoke furniture and contemporary art. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean.

The Studio apartment is 50m2 in size so plenty large enough for a single traveller or a couple. Recently renovated to a luxurious standard with new furniture and original local artwork located on the 3rd floor with amazing Indian Ocean views overlooking Fremantle, Rottnest and Garden Island.
There is complimentary fast WiFi, off-road parking for 1 car.
The kitchen is equipped with every facility. It has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, coffee machine, tumble drier, kettle, toaster, lots of cutlery and crockery and everything you will need.
The dining area has a small table and 4 chairs which is beside the living area furnished with a comfy lounge suite and large TV, Chromecast and DAB radio/iPhone dock.
Kick back, take a seat at the bar table with a glass of wine next to the wide window overlooking the amazing view.
The apartment is furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed and a wardrobe to the side.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, sink, toilet and shower.
The kitchen is supplied with tea, coffee, plus Nespresso machine, sugar and fresh milk supplied plus basic essentials for cooking.
I have a small library of books and some boardgames which you are welcome to use on those rare rainy times!
All linen is supplied including towels plus beach towels for your visit to beautiful South Beach! I also provide a few canvas shopping bags as WA is now proudly single-use plastic bag-free.

There is a lift in the complex which is very useful if you have a lot of luggage!

This apartment complex has a newly upgraded lift making access a breeze.
Parking is off street and free for one vehicle. Parking in Fremantle is not free and I find that many guests leave their car at the apartment and either walk or catch the free CAT bus into Freo.
I can supply a portacot or highchair free of charge — just let me know!

My place is fairly new to Airbnb and is close to nightlife, public transport, and the city centre. You’ll love the apartment because of the views and the location — just a leisurely stroll down the hill to get into Freo CBD and its famous Cappuccino Strip. My place is good for couples (nothing more romantic than those gorgeous WA sunsets) and solo adventurers with the ferry to Rottnest Island close by plus the best windy conditions for kitesurfing or windsurfing in Australia.

Guests let themselves into the apartment following my instructions. I generally send a text the evening before arrival with the updated instructions regarding keys to gain entry and parking location.
I do not live in the apartment but I am extremely close-by and can be with you very quickly if you need any assistance. The apartment is full of information on must-see things to do in Fremantle and I would be delighted to answer any questions you have about any particular attraction. As a Freo local, I can also recommend specific restaurants and cafes according to your needs!
