This one bedroom apartment is very confortable and has everything you need for your stay.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with top of the line linen, blackout curtains and a closet. The bathroom is large and there is a walk in shower.
In the living room there is a sofa that becomes a large single bed and a TV. The kitchen is very well equipped with large refrigerator, microwave, stove and all utensils.
TV has international channels and bed is brand new, linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
A washer makes this apartment super convenient for long stays!
The AC is new to keep you comfortable, flat screen tv with international channels and a modern design complete this flat.
The condominium has seven floors of accommodation for long-stay residents and holiday guests.
Key card access to the building, CCTV cameras and a professional security team at night provide a high security level. Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, two passenger elevators and smoke & heat detectors in all units.
The area is peaceful and quiet, yet so many attractions and activities are just minutes away. The beach is within easy walking distance, the international shopping mall, street markets, numerous restaurants and the buzzing nightlife of Bangla Road are also close by.
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning during the stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
