This is NOT a party house. The room accommodates up to 2 people with the use of the common areas and the yard. It is NOT available for small pool parties or any other events.
***Please take note there are 3 cats upstairs and do not enter the common areas.

The room has one Queen size bed with a desk and small refrigerator as well as ample closet space for your convenience. The private bathroom is adjacent to the room. Room and bathroom are in a private hallway from the rest of the home. There is a television in the living room, but not in the guest room.
Home has a great backyard and swimming pool. You will feel like you are in your own private resort.

This is NOT a party house. The room accommodates up to 2 people with the use of the common areas and the yard. It is NOT available for small pool parties or any other events.
***Please take note there are 3 cats upstairs and do not enter the common areas or the guest room. The cats stay upstairs and out of the way. They are very clean and very quiet... They are my family. There is also a small colony of Feral cats that have adopted me and live in my yard. We have an agreement. I feed them and they provide love and affection, they also keep the yard free of any unwanted creatures. They stay out of the way and since they are not used to anyone but me, they will not come around you. There are 4 you may see all the time, and 1 other on occasion.
***This is a NON-smoking home and if you are a smoker this is probably not a good fit for you.
***Adults only... the home is NOT childproof and not suitable for children.
