We have been vacationing in the Columbia Valley for over 30 years and liked it so much we decided to purchase a property here. We love the natural, non-sulfur Hot Springs and swimming pool.
As we are on the Sinclair Creek ravine there are plenty of hikes right outside the door.
Please don't leave children unattended in the back yard as there is a steep drop off. Please respect the neighbours back yards - go for a walk in front not in back. Thanks.
The weather is great. Hot in the summer, yet we still experience all four seasons.
The wildlife, often seen in the back yard is exceptional: deer, sheep, goats, American bald eagles, hummingbirds, wild turkeys and more.

I am recently semi-retired after almost 30 years with the YMCA. I work part-time helping charities meet their goals by conducting annual campaigns, capital campaigns and planned giving programs. My wife Brenda and I have owned the Radium Hot Springs property since 2007. Our goal is to be there when we can, rent it when we can't be there and keep it in "as new" condition.
