We finished out the space above our garage in 2018, complete with a private, separate entrance. We are full-time residents of Culver (one an Academy grad and teacher) and parents of a CGA grad, happy to share our insights about our school and charming Community.

You will not find accommodations closer to the Academy! Modern living space with 65” flat screen, Direct TV and high speed wi-fi. Foldout table for dining or working, seats up to 8. Full kitchen with all amenities including coffee and tea, basic cooking supplies, pots, pans and utensils to make that Academy student in your life their favorite home cooked meal! Don’t feel like cooking? We are a short 10 minute stroll down Culver’s new pedestrian/bike trail to the Original Root Beer Stand, Culver Coffee Company, Papa’s, Town Park and Beach and Farmer’s Market.
One queen bedroom and one bunkroom (3 single beds). Full bath with tub-shower combination. Full size washer and dryer.

Directly across from Culver Academies (entrance to Eppley Auditorium and lakeside dorms) and an easy drive - less than an hour - to Notre Dame. Apartment is above our 2 car garage with a separate entrance and no entry to the main house.
