A cozy apartment in the quiet part of the city center with everything you might need for your stay. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the main street and a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Nice and comfortable studio apartment with a double bed, in the city center of Nis. Not shared with anyone. Your own home away from home. To come and go as you please and have 100% privacy and freedom.
Apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the main street of Nis and Park Cair.
There are many restaurants, cafes and kafanas near by, where you can have an unforgettable meal, and really introduce yourself to the Serbian culture.
As for the apartment itself, it has a Kitchen space with a fridge and a plot for cooking, bathroom with a shower cabin. There is also a PC with many movies and TV Shows (with international subtitles) at your disposal. You also get both wired and wireless internet internet access dedicated just for you (not shared).
There is a large double bed, which you can conveniently fold and make a lot more room.
All the essentials are provided, like towels, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and so on...
Apartment is a studio. It's not the biggest, but it is very well organized, and perfect for up to 2 people.
I proud myself of being a great host, and I will go all lengths to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasant as I can, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask.

The whole apartment is at your disposal. I don't live there, it is dedicated only for renting, so you have total freedom.
There is a PC in the apartment that you can use.
There is also a paid web TV subscription that you can use free of charge.
You have your own water heater that is always on. So you will always have hot water.
If you are from the US, and your appliances use 110V electricity, I have a special converter for you guys. There also a simple plug style converter at the apartment.
其他注意事項
The check-in is very flexible, you can come and go at any time of the day, but in cases when I have guests checking in, and checking out on the same day, check-out time is 12:00 and check-in time is 15:00.
