Come enjoy our beautiful apartment above our liquor store in downtown Wilmington! Lots of local shops and dining right in town! We are along a river and next to a hiking trail system! Walking distance to the serene 10+ mile lake; kayaks, stand-up paddle boards or motor boat/jet ski rentals nearby. In the winter, enjoy local trails on snowshoes or cross-country skies; only 15 minutes to Mount Snow! We look forward to meeting you!!!

We are right along the river! There’s a path leading down to the water. Feel free to relax down there, but do note that it’s recommended to wear water shoes and swimming is at your own risk! Back in the day, the property belonged to a mechanic. You’ll find lots of interesting metal pieces!

We have a Roku hooked up that has Amazon/Netflix and Pandora already signed in and ready, there’s a DirecTV Now! app that folks can use with their own login, but there’s no cable/regular streaming TV. There’s a Wii with two controllers and a blue ray DVD player as well!
We also offer: shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, bar soap, a razor, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, Q-tips, cotton pads, make-up removing wipes and bathroom wipes. There will be plenty of towels stocked for your stay and very comfortable bedding! If you have a dog, we have a dog bed and dishes to hold water and food!
Extra guests can enjoy two large twin-size cots with memory foam mattresses and there’s also a pack & play crib for babies/toddlers.

Less than one mile away you’ll find Shaw’s grocery store and Rite Aid pharmacy. Living on Main Street and downtown comes with your typical road noise, but each room comes with light blocking shades.

I’m a fellow host! We love airbnb and are extremely considerate of other folks’ space and property! My husband and I run a very fast-paced liquor store and market in Vermont, Ratu’s and I also have a private practice in psychotherapy. We have two awesome kids, Talia who’s twelve and Matai who’s ten. We don’t travel nearly as often as we wish, but we promise to leave your space in excellent condition!
